OUR STORY

Manna Mallows came to life in our church kitchen after learning that the leading marshmallow brands were using pork gelatin in their products; unable to find a kosher alternative, we, with 7 marshmallow loving youngsters between us, set out to try to remedy the situation ourselves. Initially, the plan was just to provide our kids with a good wholesome marshmallow, but after we tasted the amazing results we realized that we could not keep these scrumptious creations all to ourselves. Spurred on by our proud husbands, “the marshmallow mamas”, as they like to call us, decided to take their confections public.

As our name implies, these fun little sweets are inspired by a desire to provide a quality product that is consistent with the dietary principles found in the Bible; and in keeping with the message of God’s gracious gifts, Manna Mallows will be dedicating ten percent of its profits to ministries benefiting the family.
